Confidential Consultation Ideal for: Any applicant (first time or existing) who is reporting for the first time any health conditions such as ADHD, asthma, diabetes, sleep apnea, or has alcohol related incidents. Consultation helps answer any questions regarding CACI conditions and special issuances. Dr Kruse will guide you through the FAA paperwork and exam process by creating an individualized plan for your specific case. She will review and organize your information, and make necessary calls the FAA and/or your treating physicians (with appropriate Release of Records). This process can help reduce deferral time by having all the required documentation prior to the applicant's physical.
